Maite López is a Spanish singer-songwriter with a long musical career. Her style, predominantly melódico and acoustic, ccombine influences of pop and folk with some Latin rhythms. Highlights the depth of her lyrics, as well as a strong Christian espiritiuality reflected in all her compositions. Amarás (Love), her first album, was recorded at SantaFe Production, from the hand of David Santafé, Javi Peña and Juanjo Melero. Her second album, Deseos (Wishes), takes a more acoustic turn, leaving the arrangements in the hands of Juan Cerro, one of the greatest musicians in the scene. Teresa, alma de fuego (Teresa, Soul of fire) is her last album and contains songs with lyrics by Santa Teresa de Jesús. The arrangements are made by Andrés Tejero and was recorded in KMC studios (Edicast).
